Din Tai Fung
Din Tai Fung is a world-renowned Taiwanese and Michelin star restaurant. It is globally known to serve the world’s most exquisite dumplings and uses the freshest ingredients with skill, precision and care. To embody the essence of Din Tai Fung, MEP Design as well as Fit Out Solutions were implemented to enhance the comfort and ambience of the restaurant in its new location in Nakheel Mall.
High quality marble was used as an element throughout the restaurant to evoke a luxurious appeal. To complement, gold inverse strips were applied with spot lighting to provide vitality. This was a tasteful addition to the red accents throughout the interior as it highlighted Din Tai Fung’s aestheticism and seamless dining experience.

In combination to this, a concave curved wall design was added for a touch of variety to the ambience. Combined with a metal floating shelves system, this provided minimalism between the contrast of traditional interior design with a modern twist.
Lastly, an open style kitchen was designed and fitted to accommodate a live cooking station appeal, where diners can experience everything that Din Tai Fung and Taiwanese cuisine has to offer in Dubai.
